Refund Policy

At K. N. Dynamics, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return policy applies:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or special procurements.

  • Consumable goods (e.g., medical supplies, food items).

  • Products restricted by government regulations (tactical or military-specific items).

  • Services (training, construction support, temporary work assistance) once delivered.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in full original condition.

4. Exchanges

  • We may replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@kndynamics.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA).

  3. Ship the item(s) back as instructed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Government & Contract Orders

For government or contract-based purchases, return terms will follow the terms of the purchase agreement or applicable federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS).

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
