Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times vary depending on product availability and supplier lead times. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Estimated processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or during order confirmation. Delivery estimates are best-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s performance and factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or inspection holds

  • Supply chain disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the quoted price, unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier, and delays or gaps in tracking information are the responsibility of the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if an order is returned due to address issues.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos, to be considered for review.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, fees, or inspections imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing.

Custom Orders Policy

Payment Terms

All custom, made-to-order, or specially sourced items require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value before any work begins or items are procured.

At the customer’s option, full payment may be made upfront in place of the 50% deposit.

No custom order will be processed, sourced, or scheduled until the required payment has been received and confirmed.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The deposit covers costs associated with sourcing, procurement, customization, and administrative processing.
Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once the order has been accepted and processing has begun.

Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a custom order must be submitted in writing. Once procurement or customization has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and deposits will not be refunded.

If a custom order is canceled after work has begun, any payments made will be retained to cover incurred costs.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines for custom orders vary based on product type, supplier availability, and scope of customization. All timelines provided are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of the seller.

Final Sale & Acceptance

Custom orders are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

By placing a custom order and submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Custom Orders Policy, along with our Shipping, Refund, and Terms of Service policies.

Shipping Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
